URBAN OUTFITTERS DESIGN CHALLENGE
I interviewed with Urban Outfitters back in 2018. As part of their interview process I was given a design challenge to complete. Below showcases the onboarding flow for a new customer interested in joining an apparel rental program for Urban Outfitters.
CHALLENGE
Get customers interested in joining a rental apparel program at Urban Outfitters.
SOLUTION
Create a mobile application that is simple, approachable and gets right to the point.
RESULTS
An attention grabbing UI that highlights what the rentalprogram will entail.
CREATE A BRAND IMAGE
Because this app would encompass all three brands: UO, Anthropologie and Free People I wanted to create a logo that would bring all three together. So I pulled in each brand color to make up the sides of a shipping box.
USER TESTING
Next, I created a test plan to try to find out what some of my friends liked and disliked about rental apparel programs.
